Nicole Chen is a Certified Nurse Midwife. Born in Queens, raised in the Northeast section of the Bronx, and now resides in Mount Vernon, Westchester. 

Nicole earned her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at Lehman College.  Nicole is a graduate of the Midwifery Program at New York University, where she received her Master of Science in Nursing/Midwifery.

Nicole Chen has been practicing Midwifery since 2014 at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.  She learned the skills and art of Midwifery from many gifted Midwives. 

Nicole was called into the Home birth world after working as a Birthing Assistant alongside Home Birth Midwives in Westchester, New York.  She was intrigued by the positive energy of the families, the power of the mothers-to-be, and the bond that was created between all.  

Nicole believes in the power of natural birth, which allowed her to open up her own private practice, N.F.C Midwifery Care (Nurturing, Faithful, and Caring Midwifery).  Nicole is committed to providing full-scope midwifery care and compassion to the women of Westchester and beyond. 

​NFC Midwifery believes in offering holistic, full-scope midwifery care that incorporates evidence-based practice while allowing the woman autonomy in her care.   

Nicole Chen is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), and she plans to incorporate breastfeeding classes into her practice.
